Marie-France Carriere Handmade Ceramics

It has been a busy summer here in Banff, so much so that i have not kept up with the blog for months.

One of my personal favourites, and very popular with our customers this year is Marie-France Carriere’s line of pottery.

Two other ceramic lines that we have taken on are France Fateau’s line of owls.

and
Terry Jackson’s line of porcelain pieces depicting subjects such as One World using images and shapes from his Metis Cree heritage and West Coast habitat

Thep Thavonsouk has produced another batch of his captivating June Rain series, these are beautiful original works, using watercolour and pastel on rice paper, that stop people in the street when we put them in the window.

Last, for this post, of the new pieces are Mark Sharp’s original acrylic on canvas works. Mark is a local artist with a very loyal, and growing, fan base.
